This whiskey, as a premium blend of 25% single malt and 75% single grain (various grains), matures for 3-4 years in first-fill ex-bourbon casks.

Nose: aromas of toffee and licorice

Palate: a combination of dried fruit and lemon

Finish: a lingering, caramel note.
