The second edition of the Trinity Vintage Series comes in the "black tin" and highlights the traditional maturation in the venerable old Dunnage W are houses of the distillery. It is a similar release to the Christmas Malt and 105 12 years and is therefore only available once; in addition, it is exclusive to Germany.

The Trinity Vintage Series combines the most precious sherry casks from the old warehouse of the Glenfarclas Distillery. The result is a single malt Scotch whisky matured in 100% sherry casks, uncoloured,  no chill filtration and no colour additives no sugar  100% Oloroso sherry maturation. The full sherry cask maturation creates the unmistakable, rich, and intense distillery character of Glenfarclas Single Malt. This unique taste experience has led Glenfarclas to worldwide renown.Nestled in the breathtaking hills at the foot of the majestic Ben Rinnes mountain, in the Speyside region, lies an icon among Scotland's distilleries: the independent Glenfarclas Distillery. Translated into English, the name means "Valley of the Green Grassland." It is one of the best-known and most respected distilleries in Scotland. "The Spirit of Independence" has been successfully lived by the Grant family for five generations now, and this is also reflected in the uniquely sherry-driven character of this high-quality single malt Scotch whisky. The icon of single malt: Glenfarclas Whisky George Scott Grant, managing director of the fourth generation, first sold the distillery's whisky as single malt Scotch whisky in the 1950s. A masterpiece that whisky connoisseurs and enthusiasts should not miss. What makes the distillery so special: the highlights at a glance. Intense sherry note through maturation in precious Oloroso sherry casks. Traditionally, the pot stills are directly fired, creating the unmistakable mild-fruity Speyside character. Long family tradition: whisky expertise has been passed on since 1865. The Spirit of Independence. In the typically Scottish Dunnage warehouses, the distillery's whiskies mature in 100% Oloroso sherry casks. Glenfarclas uses only fresh, sparkling mountain spring water from the nearby Ben Rinnes mountain for whisky production, located in the picturesque Speyside surroundings. The single malt Scotch whiskies have continuously been matured in sherry casks. Chairman John L.S. Grant still personally selects the rare and precious ex-Oloroso sherry casks every year from the family-run and renowned Bodega José y Miguel Martín.  The production of the sought-after Oloroso sherry casks is time-intensive. Air-drying the wood alone takes up to 18 months. The subsequent heating of the carefully cut staves over an open fire gives the cask its typical shape and activates the wood for the maturation process.  With its "Made to Age" philosophy, the independent Glenfarclas Distillery combines its exceptional characteristics. At the centre are the 100% maturation in Oloroso sherry casks, the traditional distillation method of the "direct fired stills," and the storage of the single malt in the famous Dunnage ware houses. These three elements make Glenfarclas an icon among Scotland's distilleries.  Run by the fifth generation: Glenfarclas.
