Edition 61 of our RumClub Private Selection comes from the Foursquare Rum Distillery – the most awarded distillery in Barbados, known worldwide for outstanding rum and the highest quality. Our Single Cask was distilled in 2006 by Master Distiller Richard Seale. The rum matured for almost 20 years in ex-bourbon barrels made of American oak, 14 years of which under the tropical sun of Barbados and another 5 years in the continental climate of Europe. The rum reached us in bottles a few days ago, as always free of additives and at full cask strength.

RumClub Private Selection Edition 61 is a deep mahogany-colored Barbados rum (2006) that impresses with an intense, multi-layered flavor profile. It offers notes of dark fruits, chocolate, caramel, vanilla, raisins and tropical fruits as well as a fine smoky nuance. This complex rum is distinguished by an elegant, perfectly integrated alcohol content.
