Nose: intense nose of fruity pineapple and almonds.

Palate: very concentrated and powerful. Caramel, stone fruit, and a hint of dark chocolate.

Finish: long and dry.

The distillates for the Vintage 2011 come from four different stills: John Dore 1 Pot Still, John Dore 2 Pot Still, Vendôme Pot Still and Coffey Column Still.
The individual rums were first aged for at least 11 years in various casks (Ex-Brandy, Ex-Red Wine, Ex-White Wine and Ex-Bourbon casks) before the master blender married them together. The blend then matured for another 10 months in Ex-Bourbon casks.
