This distillery makes its rums from freshly pressed Dominican sugar cane,
which is grown in the provinces of San Pedro de Macoris, La Romana, La Altagracia and El Seibo. The juice is fermented with the distillery's own yeast cultures and distilled in the in-house 5-column continuous still.
