Traditionally, Chardonnay wines come from Burgundy, but many of these wines are also produced in other parts of France, in Italy or California. Chardonnay tastes harmonious, fresh and mild.

Palate this rum impresses with a finely structured interplay of fruit and acidity.

The Plantation Single Cask Rums are limited editions of double-aged Haute Couture Rums. These fine drops first mature in former bourbon barrels in a tropical climate, before receiving their finish in ex-Ferrand barrels made from French oak. This takes place in the southwest of France. Alexandre Gabriel, who was awarded the title of world’s best master blender in 2012, carefully selects the barrels for the secondary maturation. Most previously held wine, another type of spirit, or even beer. The type of cask used is selected individually depending on the rum in order to highlight its unique character. Only a few versions of Plantation rums are produced each year, making them true collector’s items.
