Nose: fruity, apples, raspberries, plums, peaches, acacia blossom honey, walnuts, ginger.
Taste: citrus fruits, a hint of pepper, lemongrass, coriander, spruce.

Finish: Long-lasting, lemons, nuts, pepper.

Since 2012, the microbrewery Partizan Brewing in South Bermondsey (near London) has been producing exciting beers, lagers, pale ales, strong beers, and fruit beers, as well as seasonal special editions, all of high quality.

The Plantation Single Cask Rums are limited editions of double-aged Haute Couture Rums. These fine spirits first mature in former bourbon casks in a tropical climate before receiving their finish in ex-Ferrand casks made of French oak. This takes place in southwest France. Alexandre Gabriel, who was named the world's best Master Blender in 2012, always carefully selects the casks for the second maturation. Most previously contained wine, another type of spirit, or even beer. The type of cask used is selected individually for each rum to emphasize its unique character. Only a few versions of Plantation rums are produced each year, making them true collector's items.
