Nose : Complex with spicy, flowery and fruity notes on pomelo, nectarine, acacia, honeysuckle, orange blossom, hay, vanilla, developing on cantaloupe, starfruit and papaya.

Palate : Sweet and mellow on honeydew, date, chestnut, raisin, banana, apricot jam, moss and pecan.

The Plantation Single Cask Rums are limited editions of double-aged Haute Couture Rums. The fine spirits first mature in former Bourbon casks in a tropical climate before receiving their finish in ex-Ferrand casks made of French oak. This takes place in south-western France. Alexandre Gabriel, awarded the title of world's best Master Blender in 2012, always carefully selects the casks for the additional maturation. Most of them previously contained wine, another type of spirit, or even beer. The type of cask used is selected individually for each rum in order to highlight its unique character. Only a few versions of Plantation rums are produced each year, making them true collector's items.
