Nose: Intense and complex on the nose. Rose petals, blackcurrant and ripe cherry, with woody and smoky notes of leather and incense. Along with a hint of tobacco, coffee and vanilla.

Palate: Sweet rum with aromas of blackberry pie and dark plum. Ripe cherries again, toasted bread and violets. Along with balsamic and fresh pepper.


Fermentation : 2-3 days , distilled in Multi-column  
Tropical Ageing : 8 years in Bourbon casks Continental Ageing : 1 year in Ferrand casks Further maturation : Finished 10 months in Pauillac wine cask

Cane sugar caramel E150a (% volume) : Between 0% and 0.1%

Nose: Intense and complex, floral with iris and rose, fruity with blackcurrant and dark cherry, with woody and smoky notes of cedar and frankincense and hints of tobacco, coffee and vanilla.  Palate:  Sweet with blackberry pie and dark plum, with minerality of pencil lead and velvety tannins, it develops into bigarreau cherry, toasted bread and violet with balsamic and peppery notes.
