Islay’s Farm Distillery Kilchoman is celebrating its 20th anniversary this year and is presenting two new 100% Islay editions for the first time: Kilchoman 100% Islay The 15th Edition 9 Years and, for the first time, a full-term maturation in ex-Oloroso sherry casks: Kilchoman 100% Islay 11 Years Oloroso Sherry Cask Matured. The annual 100% Islay editions are certainly among the most spectacular Scottish single malts, as they are released as the only Single Farm Single Malts. No other distillery uses its own barley fields directly outside its own gates, and this makes Kilchoman Distillery unique.

In a modern world without borders, reflecting on origins, traditions, and old values can be a beautiful contrast. It is a philosophy that defines the independent Kilchoman Distillery of the Wills family on the Scottish Hebridean island of Islay - one of the most legendary whisky regions, captivating with rugged beauty and wide sandy beaches. In 2005, Anthony Wills, the first founder of a distillery on the Isle of Islay in 124 years, had a visionary goal: to revive the original craftsmanship of "farm distilling". To this day, the fertile soils around the village of Kilchoman for growing its own barley, along with the quality of the incomparable Islay peat shaped by the Atlantic, serve as its foundation. All of this defines Kilchoman’s uniqueness today. With the 100% Islay range, the products stand for the only Islay single malt whisky that is produced "From Barley to Bottle" - from barley to bottle - on site and exclusively by traditional craftsmanship.  Scotland's Only Single Farm Single Malt: Kilchoman. The distillery was founded in 2005. From the very beginning, the aim of the 100% Islay philosophy has been to produce a single malt that revives the centuries-old tradition of farm whisky. The distillery was founded with the special ambition of being completely independent. At Kilchoman, everything is produced entirely in one place - From Barley to Bottle.
