Kilchoman 100% Islay 15th Edition 9 Years · Bourbon Casks · Limited Edition The Only Single Farm Single Malt. This limited edition was distilled from the 2014 and 2015 Kilchoman barley harvests and then matured for at least 9 years in 54 different ex-bourbon casks. Bottled at an alcohol content of 50.0% vol., the single malt presents intense notes of caramel and vanilla through its careful maturation in ex-bourbon casks, harmonizing with Kilchoman's natural citrus sweetness and Islay peat smoke.
