Nose: Fresh and fragrant, with fruity notes of citrus fruits, honey, hops and blackcurrants. Then spicy, slightly woody notes of vanilla, pepper, curry, boxwood and nuts.

Palate: Sweet and delicate on the tongue with aromas of banana, passion fruit and gooseberry jam, as well as green apple and fresh pepper.


Fermentation : 2-3 days Distillation : Multi-column. Tropical Ageing : 11 years in Bourbon casks Continental Ageing : 2 years in Ferrand casks,  Finished 9 months in Sauvignon Blanc wine cask

The Plantation Single Cask Rums are limited editions of double-aged Haute Couture Rums. These fine spirits first mature in former Bourbon casks in a tropical climate before receiving their finish in ex-Ferrand casks made of French oak. This takes place in the southwest of France. Alexandre Gabriel, who was named the world's best Master Blender in 2012, always carefully selects the casks for the second maturation. Most previously contained wine, another type of spirit, or even beer. The cask type used is chosen individually for each rum to highlight its unique character. Only a few versions of Plantation rums are produced each year, making them true collectibles.

Nose: Fresh , fragrant, fruity, flowery and grassy, citrus, honey, broom, hop, black currant bud. spicy and woody, vanilla, pepper, curry, box tree and nuts. Palate: Sweet, delicate, banana, passion fruit, gooseberry jam,  green apple, green pepper.
