Nose: complex and herbal, somewhat floral, notes of fermented sugarcane juice, lime zest. 

Taste: generous and woody, green pepper, coconuts, ginger. Later  increasingly fruity with bananas and apricots.

Finish: long with almonds, raisins and greengage plums.

This rum is reminiscent of a classic Ti‘ Punch with a touch of rose petals.

Distilled at Destillerie de Jeanty in Haiti after a 5-day fermentation from sugarcane juice in a 4 column still. It matured in the country of origin for 5 years in bourbon barrels of 200 ltr. and at Ferrand for 2 years in Cognac Ferrand barrels of 350 ltr. and 1 further year in Ferrand 10 Générations barrels. The rum was bottled with a dosage of 12 g/ltr. sugar.
