Nose:  Gingerbread with sour cherries, molasses, chocolate notes, a hint of pipe tobacco. Rich and complex cherry, balsamic vinegar, chocolate, nuts, smoke  coconut, cinnamon, pepper, vanilla, almond honey.

Palate: Gingerbread, chocolate, fruity sweetness, preserved cherries, spicy, pipe tobacco again. Intensely fruity green apple, cherry, plum, tobacco.

Deep dark red and a fruity-intense flavor characterize these liqueurs. 

The Plantation Single Cask Rums are limited editions of double-aged Haute Couture Rums. These fine spirits first mature in former bourbon casks in a tropical climate, before receiving their finish in ex-Ferrand casks made of French oak. This takes place in southwest France. Alexandre Gabriel, who was awarded the title of world's best master blender in 2012, carefully selects the casks for the secondary maturation every time. They usually held wine, another spirit, or even beer before. The cask type used is chosen individually for each rum to highlight its unique character. Only a few versions of Plantation rums are produced each year, making them true collector's items.
