Nose: A very intense aroma of pudding and flambéed bananas at first, followed by peaches, hazelnuts, and quinces with delicate hints of salty seaweed and marzipan.

Palate: This rum delights with very tropical notes, gently smoky and fresh, led by passion fruit and citrus fruits with tones of vanilla and fresh herbal notes such as mint and eucalyptus. Minerals and charcoal at the end.

Rozelieures Fumé is a French peaty-smoky whisky that was double-distilled in the distillery's Charentais still using heavily malted barley with 20 ppm phenol  and matured for 8 years in former Sherry Fino casks.

Since 1860, the Grallet family has primarily produced double-distilled mirabelle brandy, as well as liqueurs, gin, and vodka. Since 2003, whiskies named "Rozelieures" have also come from this house.




The Plantation Single Cask Rums are limited editions of double-aged Haute Couture rums. These fine spirits first mature in former bourbon casks in a tropical climate before receiving their finish in ex-Ferrand casks made of French oak. This takes place in southwestern France. Alexandre Gabriel, awarded the world's best Master Blender in 2012, always carefully selects the casks for the finishing maturation. They usually previously held wine, another type of spirit, or even beer. The type of cask used is chosen individually for each rum to highlight its unique character.
