Nose: Fruity, lemon, pineapple, cooked vanilla apples, caramel, coffee.

Palate: Rich, notes of apple pie, quince, oranges, sage, thyme.
Finish: Long-lasting.

Nose : Nice and fruity on lemon, pineapple, cooked apple with vanilla, caramel and coffee.

Palate : Round, with apple pie, some quince and orange, with herbal notes of sage and thyme.




The Plantation Single Cask Rums are limited editions of double-aged Haute Couture Rums. The fine spirits first mature in former Bourbon casks in a tropical climate before receiving their finish in ex-Ferrand casks made of French oak. This takes place in southwest France. Alexandre Gabriel, who was named the world’s best Master Blender in 2012, always carefully selects the casks for the second maturation. They usually previously held wine, another type of spirit, or even beer. The type of cask used is chosen individually for each rum to highlight its unique character. Only a few versions of Plantation rums are produced each year, making them true collector’s items.
