Nose: Fruity with notes of pears, mandarin marmalade, grapefruit zest, and dried apricots. Spicy notes of pepper, cloves, cinnamon, anise, and pistachios with sherry notes of Palo Cortado.

Palate: Finely balanced notes of rum, oak, and sherry in the foreground. Added to this are aromas of almonds, roses, cherries, blueberries, chocolate, and bitter oranges.

Sherry is a fortified white wine from Andalusia, Spain. Palo Cortado sherries are very special and rare.

The Plantation Single Cask Rums are limited editions of double-aged Haute Couture rums. These fine spirits are first aged in former bourbon barrels in a tropical climate before receiving their finish in ex-Ferrand barrels made of French oak. This takes place in the southwest of France. Alexandre Gabriel, awarded the world's best Master Blender in 2012, always carefully selects the barrels for the secondary maturation. They usually previously held wine, another type of spirit, or even beer. The type of barrel used is individually chosen for each rum to highlight its unique character. Only a few versions of Plantation rums are produced each year, making them true collector's items.

Nose: Fruit-forward aromas of pear, mandarins, grapefruit and dried apricots. Spicy notes of pepper, cloves, cinnamon, anise, and pistachios, along with soft notes of Palo Cortado sherry. Palate: Well-balanced rum, oak, and sherry meet chocolate, almond, cherry, blueberry, banana, bitter orange, and some elegant rose notes.
