This special annual edition marks the next chapter in our Straight Rye Whiskey Toasted series. A blend of craftsmanship, chance, and character.

After full maturation in new, heavily charred American oak barrels, we finished our mash bill of 95 % rye and 5 % malted barley in a new Char 2 Heavy Toast barrel. Bottled at 100 Proof, this year’s finish offers layers of toasted marshmallow, warm caramel, and a gentle, lingering spice. This is Penelope’s stroke of luck.
