In 2005, Anthony Wills set a visionary goal as the first distillery founder on the Isle of Islay in 124 years: to revive the original craftsmanship of "farm distilling." To this day, he uses the fertile soils around the village of Kilchoman for growing his own barley, as well as the quality of the incomparable Islay peat shaped by the Atlantic.
