La Armonia - the Harmony Cask - takes center stage in this third of four Limited Editions and creates a unique blend that impresses with an opulently silky finish. Master blender Lorena Vazquez personally selected the casks, which had already been aged for between 6 and 24 years using the Solera method, for this blend and refined them with a second maturation in ex-Oloroso sherry casks. The result: a rum with an effortless opening, perfectly balanced and with fascinating notes of red berries and pecans that evoke the crops that grow so abundantly in Guatemala.

The wonderfully mahogany-colored blend with a golden shimmer delights the palate with caramelized berries, nuts, and Oloroso sherry, along with an aroma of red berries, hazelnuts, and pecan pie. Rich, sweet, and delicious - a silky-smooth sensation.

LA DOMA THE TAMING CASK In the coming four years, four special Limited Editions will be released. The Heavenly Cask Collection was created to make the essence of Ron Zacapa 23 tangible. Each release honors one of the cask types in which Ron Zacapa 23 matures. An additional maturation masterfully highlights the exceptional flavor nuances that characterize each cask.

LA DOMA'S SECRET: THE SPECIAL SECOND MATURATION The first of the four limited editions, La Doma, is created using the Solera method from a series of exquisite rums with different characters, carefully selected by master blender Lorena Vásquez. Maturation takes place in 6 to 24-year-old ex-American whiskey casks. An additional maturation in ex-American whiskey casks has a harmonizing effect on the taste of La Doma.

DELICIOUS TASTE - EXOTIC ENJOYMENT Fresh and honey-sweet sugarcane notes emerge alongside a tropical liveliness of pineapple and banana. On the palate, a fruity fullness unfolds with a hint of vanilla.
