Nose: Intense tropical aromas of bananas and vanilla combined with apricots and allspice. Hints of persimmon, orange peel, and ginger join sea air and tar aromas as well.

Palate: Rich fruity profile with notes of wood, vanilla, custard, and toast that develop into melons, guavas, and cooked apples.

Finish:  long finish with coconut milk, oak, spices, vanilla, licorice, bananas, and star anise.
