Nase: Intensiv und komplex in der Nase. Rosenblüten, schwarze Johannisbeere und reife Kirsche, mit holzigen und rauchigen Noten von Leder und Weihrauch. Dazu einem Hauch von Tabak, Kaffee und Vanille.
Gaumen: Süßer Rum mit Aromen von Brombeerkuchen und dunkler Pflaume. Erneut reife Kirschen, geröstetes Brot und Veilchen. Dazu Balsamico und frischer Pfeffer.
Fermentation : 2-3 days , distilled in Multi-column
Tropical Ageing : 8 years in Bourbon casks Continental Ageing : 1 year in Ferrand casks Further maturation : Finished 10 months in Pauillac wine cask
Cane sugar caramel E150a (% volume) : Between 0% and 0.1%
Nase: Intense and complex, flowery on iris and rose, fruity on blackcurrant and dark cherry, with woody and smoky notes of cedar and frankincense and hints of tobacco, coffee and vanilla. Gaumen: Sweet on blackberry pie and dark plum with the minerality on pencil lead and velvety tannins, it develops on bigarreau cherry, toasted bread and violet with balsamic and peppery notes.
