Nase:  Aprikose, Bleistift, Anis, feine Zedernholzspäne frisch, Vanille, Kräuter.

Gaumen: würzig kräftig,  fruchtig Aprikose,  Leder, Bleistift Kräutern.  keinerlei Süße die zum Vorschein kommt 

Abgang sehr lang, trocken, Gewürzen, Bleistiftspäne.

Vorliegender Mark MEV steht für Main Enmore Versailles und stammt dem gemäss von der Versailles Still. Kaum ein Land bringt so viele unterschiedliche Geschmacksprofile wie Guyana hervor. Immer spannend und mit einem hohen Wiedererkennungswert. Dieser Rum wurde im Dezember 1990 in der Single Wooden Pot Still destilliert und Anfang 1991 nach Europa verschifft und in Rumfässer abgefüllt.  rote Schachtel
