In dem kleinen Städtchen Saint Philip wird er in der Foursquare Distillery mit einem aufwendigen Verfahren in Brennblasen und Brennsäulen destilliert. Die Reifung erfolgte 14 Jahre in einem Mix aus ex Bourbonfässern und Madeirafässern aus Portugal. So entstand ein Barbados Rum mit Noten von frischen Äpfeln, exotischen Früchten und Toffee.
Nase: Intensive Süße und Noten von exotischen Früchten, frischen Äpfeln,Toffee
Geschmack: Vollmundig, komplex, Tropische Früchte, Kakao, Vanille und Karamell, Melasse, Eichenholz
Abgang: Lang und intensiv mit Frucht und Kakao.
