Nose: Rich and deep, with intense notes of raisins, ripe cherry and pomegranate. Orange peel and coffee rise up.

Palate: Round, with aromas of dried fruits, blackberries, roasted nuts and spices. With sweet gingerbread and cocoa.

The Plantation Single Cask Rums are limited editions of double-aged Haute Couture Rums. The fine spirits first mature in former Bourbon casks in a tropical climate before receiving their finish in ex-Ferrand casks made of French oak. This takes place in the southwest of France. Alexandre Gabriel, who was named the world’s best Master Blender in 2012, always carefully selects the casks for the secondary maturation. They usually previously contained wine, another type of spirit, or even beer. The type of cask used is chosen individually for each rum in order to highlight its unique character. Only a few versions of Plantation rums are produced each year, making them true collector’s items.

Nose Rich and deep, on intense notes of raisin, dark cherry and pomegranate molasses with orange zest and coffee.  Palate Round, it follows the nose with woodier notes, dried fruits, blackberry, roasted nuts and spices, on gingerbread and cocoa.
