Nase:  Sweet peat, salty, mineral, smoked cheese.

Gaumen:  Custard cream biscuits, ripe banane, rock salt.

Abgang:   Lobster meat, seaweed, cloves, sea spray.

Located on the beautiful island of Mull and founded back in 1798, Tobermory Distillery produces both peated and un- peated malts. This 14yo peated whisky from the islands only distillery is known as Ledaig. Deliciously smoky, this bottling is packed full of flavour with notes of sweet peat, smoked cheese, custard cream biscuits and salty lobster meat.
