Heaven's Door Tennessee Bourbon is a unique mash recipe from Tennessee and uses 30% smaller grains to complement the character obtained through years of aging in new American oak barrels. For Heaven's Door Tennessee Straight Bourbon, with its unique high-rye mash bill, in addition to corn, 30% smaller grains (rye and barley) are used. This gives it a refined character, which it has developed through more than 6 years of maturation in new American oak barrels.
