Nose : Bitter orange, grapefruit peel, papaya, green apple and flowers, followed by French toast, licorice, mace and pine sap.
Palate : Raisins, gooseberry and baked pear with buttery almond and flambéed banana, then sage, cardamom and elegant rose and apricot.

Die Plantation Single Cask Rums sind limitierte Editionen von doppelt gereiften Haute Couture Rums. Dabei reifen die edlen Tropfen zuerst in ehemaligen Bourbon-Fässern in tropischem Klima, um danach ihr Finish in Ex-Ferrand-Fässern aus französischer Eiche zu erhalten. Dies geschieht im Süd-Westen Frankreichs. Der im Jahr 2012 als weltbester Master Blender ausgezeichnete Alexandre Gabriel wählt die Fässer für die Nachreifung stets sorgfältig aus. Meist lagerte in ihnen davor Wein, eine andere Art Spirituose oder sogar Bier. Die verwendete Fass-Art wird je nach Rum einzeln gewählt, um seine einzigartige Charakteristik hervorzuheben. Nur wenige Versionen der Rums von Plantation werden jährlich hergestellt und sind so echte Sammlerstücke.
